Hi, I'm Jack!

I'm a Portfolio Artist and Creative Producer based in London and Somerset.I specialise in building original stories from the ground up, and overseasing independent productions and projects, from creative development to full production and post.I co-founded Project GameBox, am a stakeholder of BAFTA award winning production company Early Day Films and an artistic associate of Via Brooklyn, a New York based 501(c)(3) company.

About Me

I have wide skill set and experience across various mediums in the performing arts and content creation spaces.I first trained as an actor a LAMDA, and around my performance career I've created and produced a wide variety of shows.I work as a Creator and Creative Producer in partnership with other companies to achieve their project goals, as well as developing with my own slate.I've produced shows in theatre, film, audio drama, podcasts, TTRPG's, corporate product videos - in a nutshell, I get things made.My experience across medium and genre and has made me a producer that gets things done, and in this age of disappearing gatekeepers to what gets made, there has never been a better moment to create.I love connecting with other creators, the producers network is the best! I co-founded Project GameBox with collaborator Tom Bulpett in 2022.Focusing on creating films and fun for nerdy people, we exorcise our need for all things nerd by making films and content for our wicked tribe of nerds!Our latest film, Tabletop, is now in pre-production and will be shooting late 2025.

I joined Via Brooklyn, a NY based 501(c)(3) not for profit company, in 2019 as an Artistic Associate.During my time with the company I've helped deliver award winning stage plays, digital theatre, audio dramas and podcasts.Two of our biggest projects Testament and The Iron Anthology are highlighted as examples of my work in my Past Projects website section.

Phoenix Fables is my home for creating online TTRPG content, which I love!An anthology show, we founded off the back of a Twitch D&D show with actors from Baldur's Gate 3, we took actors from the game from playing NPCs to D&D leads.Phoenix Fables launched afterwards using to bring lesser known professional actors to indie productions of TTRPGs. We have a discord of hundreds of fans who've come with us on our journey to listen and watch the different shows we create next.

Filmed Play - ProducerThe Ask: Take what was supposed to be an off-broadway show and rapidly convert the project to a digital play in 2020 as the pandemic hit.The Approach: Turning disaster into artistic opportunity. In early 2020 where only streamers were able to bring their creations to the world, the company felt it important the voice of independent artists was still heard during the pandemic.This project demanded a huge amount of organisation and logistics, to ensure the artistic process could still take place, whilst providing the platform to engage in a complete artistic process. Finding ways of utilising new technologies, to bring the art form of a play to screen, and deliver and experience to audiences around the world.The Output: A multi award winning filmed play, that continued to bring artistic exploration and questions to audiences during the pandemic.

End to end production for high end healthcare company - Producer, directorThe Ask: Create a top end, highest quality series of videos for a high end brand.Oversee every detail of the project, acting on behalf of the company to deliver all objectives.The Approach: This was a well supported project, but with the highest level of detail needed to match the brand. Was responsible for every detail from meticulous shoot planning to securing all contracts for the client so all usage was acquired. Taking all the pressure away from the client so they can focus on what they do.The Output: All exercises delivered on time and budget. One happy client. "The proof is in the product" ✅

Iron Anthology

Audio Drama Anthology - Creator, Director, Executive ProducerThe Ask: Create an anthology series for entry into the audio fiction world cup, translating the organisations quality values into a new medium for the company.Oversea the end to end creation of the anthology from scratch, commissioning 3 writers and assisting them with script development, casting 13 actors, hiring 2 directors, and overseeing the creative delivery of the project working at industry leading studio The Soundhouse.The Approach: This project had a medium sized budget but needed to be stretched across 3 separate but connected processes, whilst maintaining the quality values of the company.The Output: 3 separate but thematically linked and fully produced audio dramas. 2x award winning, and 14x nominated at the global audio fiction world cup.

End to end showreel package for actors - producer, camera op, editorThe Ask: Client had a script he'd written and wanted new footage for his showreel, but on a low budget. Venue was secured, so this was about bringing as much quality to a very fast shoot with no support.The Approach: To bring as much of an 'on set' experience to support the actors deliver the best performance for their brand and shoot objectives with very limited time. The definition of how working with restrictions, provides creative solutions to support the cast deliver on the day.The Output: 5 minute short film, highlighting different elements of the 2 cast for them to use on their showreels, delivered on a shoestring budget.
